We are looking into some reports of matchmaking errors in Madden NFL 25. At the moment I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when this may be fixed, but I will follow up here and let you know if I hear any updates.

The matchmaking errors I mentioned yesterday should be fixed now. When you have the chance, please try playing another game online and see if you're able to find a match.
