Mut 25 PS4 error code and freezing when trying to sub

I have a gap at Long snapper, everyone I try to sub, it says error code, servers cannot process. It also freezes when I try to make any subs of any kind. I have done everything from contact EA, no help. Adjust team captains and team builders. Make a new lineup that is a copy of mine and brand new. I have generated "best overal" but then I can't make subs so I can get my team chems
