MUT H2H Seasons Rewards

EA why are the rewards for H2H seasons so bad? How does it make sense for in Rookie Division you get 1k coins per win, but in Veteran Division you get 500 coins per win? Last year we were able to receive a good amount of coins, dependent upon the division you were in. Getting rid of the 5 divisions we had last year and lumping everyone into 3 divisions, seems like a super money grab.

You should want to reward players for being good at the game. The mode is already a grind, the player base will soon dwindle the more of a grind it feels each year.

Also, bring back pack rewards for winning a certain amount of games or playoff success. Not BND cards either, you all have flooded us with enough of those this year.

    Summarize your bug I complete seasons and get coins but no reward packs. I have made it 2 the Super Bowls in veteran tier now and lost but got no packs. Had 6 win seasons and lost in the division game twice in veteran. I am short so many packs right now from my efforts on this game. So much time and money spent on Madden over the years and this is by far the most disappointed I have been. I’ve been playing Madden since 1995.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please give me my packs I am missing and fix the issue of it not giving me my pack reward when I earn them going forward so I don’t have to feel like this game is making false promises and am left with disappointment.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I go into H2H to collect rewards and it just gives me coin reward and no packs. I try doing a challenge, buying a pack in the store, restarting my Xbox to get it resolved and the packs never deliver.
    What do you expect to see? A fix for this and a resolution on my rewards going forward.

    I can start screen recording going forward but my record and stats are visible. I get no error codes or nothing. Just no packs appear but it provides coin reward.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my record and rank or I can complete a season and show you
    What happens when the bug occurs? Just gives coin reward but no packs
    What do you expect to see? Make rights or atleast get it resolved so I can get packs please

    Summarize your bug Not getting packs, only coins for wins in divisions for regular season, playoffs or Super Bowl. This has been occurring since launch.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through a season with some wins and you will not receive the packs. only coins
    What happens when the bug occurs? Don't receive you packs that are owed and advertised in each division for wins.
    What do you expect to see? I expect to see the packs I've earned.

    It's really simple, just not receiving the packs that are owed per the season h2h division.

    It’s crazy this is even happening. Is this happening only to certain people like us? I find it hard to believe they haven’t fixed it yet if it’s happening to everyone

    Summarize your bug Do not receive pack rewards after completing H2H / Solo Seasons as advertised in H2H Season rewards. Only coins are received.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If possible review PSN activity. If video is needed I can record to YouTube
    What happens when the bug occurs? H2H Season reward packs are not received 
    What do you expect to see? I expect to receive the H2H Season reward packs.
