Hello- I got to Champion 3 in MUT ranked and didn’t not receive my player reward. Please give me the card with a make right. Thank you!

I got to champion and like others went to game recap and nothing yesterday got on today thought they would fix it and still no 96 over CB? A lot of hours and days played to get there and for nothing if we don't get our reward?
waiting for penix, even dropped from champ 3 because benkert costs 300k training for abilities and ftp 94 overall nfl honor qb is even worse. gt - kneecapps
