Mut Squads Loss Glitch

When playing Mut Squads earlier, this happened to me when we were in the first round of the playoffs. The people we played against quit after we got a decent lead. This would make us go to the divisional round of the playoffs in Mut Squads. It only gave my two other friends the win, but me (the head coach) got the loss, even though we won the game. It makes it hard to play when we can’t keep the same record, and now I’m out of the playoffs. Please fix this madden so everyone stops getting losses from the team that quits.
