MUT Squads offensive coordinator gets switched off to either the defensive coord

Playing MUT Squads Duo or Trio the offensive coordinator gets switched off to either the defensive coordinator or the head coach player. This needs to be fixed or at least addressed. I love playing this game mode but it’s ruining the game for me and others.
