    if you have troy vincent team captain, take off all him chemistries, thats what fixed it for me

I did this exactly and it didn’t work, is there something I failed to do? Can someone explain the process I’m supposed to follow?

I did this also and it did not work. 


EA Sports...are you going to reply to this error message and provide a fix? Our well earned money was spent on your product. We expect adequate support. Please respond acknowledging EA Sports is aware of this issue and if a solution is being worked on. It is sad and very disappointing EA Sports is ignoring us. PLEASE RESPOND!!!
