Mystery Packs glitch to old Market Insight Pack

I was opening the first market insight pack and got Chris Jones as well but after selling my cards for training to try and pull some mystery packs it glitched to that same screen from the previous cards I pulled and bought.. it still says I have a pack to open but it’s just presents I have sitting there no packs to open . Nothing but glitches from this game stop spending ur money

    I also don’t pull anything I check my items and nothing is there just that same glitched screen as if I pulled the 90 ovr 89 ovr 91 ovr.

    I have just opened over 30 mystery packs and I have had the pack disappear on me 8 times. It shows I have the packs but when I click on unopened packs they are not displaying there.
