Missing All-Star Athletes Welcome Pack

This is proof i only have 9 tokens. I have also completed every solo challenge & field pass reward.

I have the same problem 

When it comes to missing content on a player's account, this is a situation where we cannot assist over the forums. These claims are handled through the Live Support team through chat and email. 

If you check your game and the Companion app and are unable to locate the content, you will need to set up a case on the Help site.

• Select Madden NFL 25
• In the search, type in 'earned'
• Select I'm looking for something I earned
• If you do not have a case select Log in
• If you do have a case and cannot continue, click on Continue without logging in
• This will provide you with the following article on missing content
• If the article does not help resolve the issue, continue with the Still Need Help section
• Fill out your case as detailed as you can before you submit your case

Hello, I did this and at EA Help they told me there was nothing they could do and told me to post here. Idk what to do.

Same here, I did it last night and they said to come to the forums with my case issue. So I’d imagine nothing will be done.

They did the exact same for me

Ea sends all support to India and these guys don’t really have a clue on what’s going on, they probably don’t even know what madden is. Ive been told to contact support then they tell me to come on this forum lmao I just want my missing content.
