Never received free agency welcome pack
I have all the tokens to upgrade Justin fields / Julian Blackmon bnd free agency cards but never received welcome pack, Xbox series X

So, with these packs, if you don't see it in the app, or in game at this point, what you would need to do is message Live Support and have them go through the logs. I do not see anything on this one related to an issue, and we can't grant them, so at the moment, we need a case set up and someone to look over the logs.
I talked to live support, they said they can’t do anything on their end. Are we just cooked?

Brokelyfe I am going to follow up on it. Being the weekend there isn't a lot happening, so gotta wait til the morning to see what is what on packs like this one.
Hi - I'm having the same issue. I'm going to contact live support in the meantime.
