Never received the Travis hunter pre order bonus

As the title says, I never received the Travis Hunter on the clock bonus. I pre-ordered on 04/28/25. I have already contacted Support and all they were able to do was report the bug. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? I did however receive the bonus in college football 25.
