No Level 10 Token for Madden

Posted yesterday but got deleted, level 48 on CUT never got the token on Madden. Didn’t sell it as I didn’t get it.

    Hey all, 

    In some cases these rewards have been a bit delayed. They should come through after a day or so. 

    Please give it about 24 hours and check back to see if you've got the token on your account. If you still aren't seeing it after that, please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

    What about tips showing up but no sets to use them in?  I have the TIPs for all three Ultimate Alumni cards, but I don't have a set appearing that I can actually use to get them.  Meanwhile, the set appears for the XP, but that's the one TIP that isn't showing up in my Madden account...

    Thank you. This is the best response we’ve seen. Much appreciated. But the thing I’m worried about now is you saying “please reach out to ea help if it’s not resolved”. Man, ea help isn’t hearing or helping us. It took 30,000 responses just to get this 1 message from you

    It's been a day or so and I still haven't received my XP or ultimate alumni players. We should get to pick all 3 since that value has dropped on these cards since when we should have had them.
