havent been given my season 1 xp token from college football 25 that was supposed to transfer into madden25. i did everything i could in regards to what ive heard of for possible solutions and contacting ea help directly.. yet still nothing. i am hoping some sort of makeright will happen because this is absurd!
I’ve completed all the requirements in madden 25 ultimate team for the Season one XP token, Rookie Premieres, The season of boom Christian Watson and haven’t recieved any of it! I spoke with an advisor and he told me to come here and report can I please get some help. I’ve spent my time and money on this game it’d suck to not be rewarded.
Hello. I completed the field pass in season one but I never received the token to upgrade my player.
I still have not received my season 1 xp reward token. I paid for the MVP edition to get ahead. Season 1 is almost over in madden and I still have not received my token for my CFB progress. I keep creating cases and they keep getting closed without this getting resolved. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have spent a lot of money on these games and I still can get the rewards I earned. Can someone please help me. This is a complete joke of a customer service!
I cannot put into words how frustrated I am with ALL of this. I am still missing Rookie Premiers and my XP token which is pointless now because I have maxed out already and new season tomorrow. I get frustrated knowing how many coins and actual MONEY I spent to complete these damn things. Fix this EA..I'm begging you to do your job.
