No solo battle rewards from last week and battle points not working.

So at launch I played a bunch of solo battles and my battle score was adding up. Then it stopped adding for a day. The next day it started adding again. I got 250,000+ points and received no rewards. This week the battle score is stuck at 0 and not adding. I have completed three games this week with a battle score of 0. There is literally no point in playing the game for me. I don’t like H2h.
