Not getting points for ranked wins

It happened a couple times but I'm close to 3200 points and everytime I win a game to go into the legend tier, I get the win but not the points. I've even thrown a couple games to see if it would reset it. It'll take the points away to keep me in champion 3 but won't take them away if I'm legend.  In my attachments, u can see the points I'm at in both. Is anyone else having this issue?
