Not getting the aka spotlight bundle pack but they took my points

I purchased the aka spotlight bundle pack and did not receive the pack but it took my points… did the chat with an advisor or whatever and they said it was a glitch and they’ll look into it. Now the case is gone and I still don’t have my points back or the pack. Anyone have this problem?
