So I recently bought the new team pass, however I have not received my cosmetic rewards and midfield packs (other than ones I have earned after the fact). I think it is because I purchased it while already having levels but I am unsure. Please someone help!
Another tangent, for some reason I have the cardinals PFPs able to unlock??? Not sure why.
Having the same issue with team pass not receiving packs etc did you ever get it resolved I can’t even find where to contact them .
unfortunately they have yet to respond, the ea help customer service rep just told me to post on the forum and hope someone sees it lmao
