[Old Report] Servers cannot process your request at this time

I keep getting the following error:

Error… Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.

this happens when I try to play anything in ultimate team. I also tried superstar mode and it’s stuck on the main screen. Btw I’m on Xbox.

Hi @heaven4242, Can you try generating a new lineup in MUT and confirm if the error message continues?

@starboy099241 have empty spots in my lineup due to changing theme team this morning but if thats the reason hopefully getting in once to generate a full line up

So it appears to be a problem with the Internet provider since I can access all modes via mobile hotspot..

@SENFGOTT69 Ok interesting... Did you generate the hotspot with your moblie phone?

Doesn't work for me... double checked it by generating a mobile hotspot with 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz.

Same Problem here. Also Germany, also Telekom.
