Only Receiving 70+ ovr player out of the random training pack

They took the random pack that you bought with training out of the store in the last couple of days. The last two days it was on the store and I bought it multiple times but only received the 70+ player for every single pack I pulled. Has anyone else experienced this? I reached out to the chat and they were no help and had no idea what I was talking about.
