Paid Pts for 2 Packs as Advertised but only 1 awarded

Paid 1050 pts for a promotion for 2 TOTY packs. Only one platinum pack was given when picture contained  1 TOTY Squad Fantasy pack along with TOTY 1 Platinum Pk. Wasted $10.68. Do better EA. Still can’t substitute Oline men without getting error message either. Finally got a PS5 tho so gonna retire this team with all its bugs and glitches.
