Player listed on Auction never sold, SO WHERE IS IT?

Seems no one at EA wants to even touch this as I've asked on the bug forum and nothing for over 48 hours. 

The card was an 84ovr Platinum Elite worth 143000 coins. It didn't sell, but neither has it been returned to my items, what the actual heck is going on? 

Getting seriously annoyed at the lack of contact from EA about this.
