Premium Pass Disappeared for Madden 25

I purchased Madden 25 Ultimate Team Premium Pass and it disappeared. It’s now asking me to purchase it again and I have verified with PlayStation support purchased cleared plus I did get items from previous progress. I can’t get any refund or help from EA or PlayStation regarding this issue.
