File complaints with the ftc and better business bureau for business malpractice. You probably won’t get the packs but at least EA will be held accountable for the fraud they are committing. It takes about 15 minutes to file these I encourage you to do so.

No response from EA on this. Took money but can not deliver the product as advertised. Sucks that a game and company that is heavily supported by loyal customers since the 90s is so crappy.
