Purchased a $25 pack, no packs to open after multiple restarts

I purchased a pack with two 82 players, one 84 and 88, It only opened the first pack with 282 players and would not open up the other two packs, I have restarted the game multiple times and the packs are nowhere to be found, I feel pretty stupid. I spent $25 on this stupid game and there’s not even a way to directly reach out to customer support other than to email them.
