Rookie Premiere and Ultimate Alumni Makegoods still not received

I still have not received my rookie premiere and ultimate alumni makegoods, which started rolling out 3 weeks ago. I know others that have received extra items while I still have not got mine. Is the...

Hi.  I did not receive my Ultimate Alumni Player for completing CFB challenges - I only received one pack out of 3 originally.  When the make rights went out- I did not receive any.  I contacted help.ea.com only to be told they would update me but I haven't heard back and they just closed the case.

I also didn't receive the season 2XP (not sure if i'm due for this, but I did receive my S1 XP for playing CFB late)

@EA_Blitz    I'm really hoping you can please help here

    I received my 86 rookie premieres but am still looking for my 88 versions.
