Season 2 MUT Tip exchange that I either quick sold or haven’t received. Wondering if anyone has any answers as to what is is, if we’ve already received it, or if it’s another delayed release?

I'd guess this item is not available if you do not have College Football 25 (or in other words: you can earn this item playing this other game). Since this game is not available on PC, I will never get it...
EDIT: my guess is based on a google search after seeing some confusing (at least to me) information regarding a similar item during Season 1. I did not find any convincing/clear information within the game. So I could be wrong completely.
