Season Progress Reset After Exiting Winning

In H2H squads my friends and I won my divisional round game by the other team conceding. After pressing “Exit Game” it sent me back to the lobby to a glitched rewards screen common with a conceded game result. After returning to the session lobby I noticed that it reset my progress on the season even though we didn’t lose. However, it counted as a win for my teammates. I was the only one effected.
