Season xp redeemed but not received

I had redeemed the season xp set but never actually received the xp

    Hey @ccf538fe209df65f 

     

    I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at your account.  

      

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
