Season XP reward set

I am aware that these are apparently still rolling out to us, I still haven't received mine.  What exactly is the requirement(s) to receive one, play CUT, play CUT past a certain level or play a certain part of CUT?  I did receive the three players for the 85 set.  Thanks.

Ironically I went into CUT and did a few solos really quick, exited out at level 22 and opened MUT.  I received the XP bonus item, so my initial issue is solved,

You did Solo Seasons or Battles?  Trying to get all of my issues to work as well.  I haven't received anything,  There are three Tip cards for UA sitting in my Madden binder, but I have no way of getting the players.  I don't know if there's a set they're supposed to go in, but it has never appeared.  Meanwhile, the S1 XP set does appear, but I never got the token for that.  Tried completing the challenges from ICYMI and Seasons that popped up yesterday, but nothing fixed it.  I guess I'll try Solo Seasons.

Nope EA Sports is a joke and are scamming hard working people out of their money. This is literally the only way I can contact anyone about my issue. Nasty work EA sports

My season XP award from preordering the NCAA/Madden bundle has still not appeared in my inventory.

• Which platform are you on? Xbox Series X
• Are you getting an error message? No, Im not receiving an error message I don't have the content when I load into Madden 25
• Does this only happen in one game mode? Only in MUT
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
  1. I went back into CUT mode in NCAA 25 to ensure I've completed objectives
  2. I opened NCAA 25 connected and switched over to Madden 25 to see if it was a sync issue
  3. Since the release of Madden 25 on Monday I've restarted my Xbox multiples times and uninstalled/reinstalled Madden

I have not recieved my ncaa 25 ultimate alumni players or the season xp boost I have the tips in madden 25 but no rewards
