Summarize your bug The whole ultimate team option is locked out on my home screen. When I try to select it, there’s a padlock on the left side of it and says I do not have access.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Remove the lock
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not allow me to play ultimate team mode
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to access ultimate team
My PlayStation had an update and after that my Ultimate Team on Madden25 had a padlock and said I didn’t have access to it.
SMH I just finished the placement games and got booted to home screen and my MUT is LOCKED. I can't win this year on this game, still cant access sets and now its just locked with an error message.

I can not access mut 25. It had a locked symbol by mut
Why is my ultimate team locked? If I click anything about it. It says error you don't have access to this section. I checked and I'm not banned. What is going on?
I’m on Xbox. My ultimate team tab is locked and says I don’t have access. I checked if I was banned and that’s not it. Anyone else having this problem??

Summarize your bug When I go to open my Ultimate Team it says “Access Restricted” even though I do not have any bans or blocks?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, states Access restricted
What do you expect to see? Access Restricted

I logged in to Madden 25 but my UT is locked. I have a good internet connection. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea if it was being worked on and when it's going to be back up? Also, if there would be any make rights if not able to get in to it?
