Sets error message for over a month

I’m playing madden 25 on ps5 and for about a month now since The breakouts and Showtime! Challenges were released I have not been able to access sets it gives me error message saying our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later I’ve reached out to EA multiple times and they are unable to fix the issue or even figure out what it is so hopefully someone here can help me Ultimate Team is kind of pointless without sets
