This has been an ongoing issue that EA continues to hide behind the excuse "We don't have any answers yet" and "We need more information." It's ridiculous to think a developer who is willing to charge the amount EA does is not equipped to fix their own games. Have someone playtest the issue. Create an account and try to find the issue, it's clearly prevalent enough for you to duplicate and solve.
EA, however, is a shell company that hides behind chat bots and doesn't have email contact. They do this intentionally to keep you from contacting them because they also have a lack of faith in their own products.
I will ensure anyone I know is dissuaded from ever buying one of these again until EA shows an actual concerted effort to maintain and fix their games or at least have an actual customer service.
Same for me.
Every week after the reset I can play a random number of Solo Battles then it will randomly glitch out and only take me to the leaderboard screen.
It can be one game or 16 games but it has happened to me every reset and I can't play again until after the reset.
