Solo Battles not working...happens every reset

Every week after the reset I can play a random number of Solo Battles then it will randomly glitch out and only take me to the leaderboard screen. It can be one game or 16 games but it has happened ...

Solo battles not working despite having until Friday. Cannot access part of ultimate team. Please fix or compensate.

I’ve jus started playing mut and I started doing my solo battles and challenges and now I can’t play it anymore with out it saying that the servers can’t process the game pls help me with the game or compensate me on something
