SOLO BATTLES NOT WORKING. HOW TO CONTACT EA?

I've truly had enough. I'm sick of solo battles just not functioning, so I want to contact EA. I'm not using their chat bot that tells me Solo Battles aren't a feature. I am 100% ready to just start blasting that this game should not be bought nor should any further Madden games developed by EA.

This is a major feature of your game you are week-to-week ignoring your customers on. This feature does not work, it locks people consistently out despite there being days left before the reset, and it's been long enough they could have fixed it easily.

If anyone has an email to reach out to EA to discuss this with an ACTUAL EMPLOYEE OF EA, then please let us all know. Otherwise, I'd recommend you do what I am doing.

Tell everyone you know, post everywhere you can, and make it clear that you don't ever recommend buying a Madden game again.

Maybe they'll fix it, or better yet, maybe EA will sink and the NFL will just find a better developer to make their games.
