Spanish Haritage Pack of players

I got the notice of a pack being available to open. There were a bunch of them and I opted to open later. I was able to get them all except the Spanish Heritage pack. It shows I have a pack available to open but when I select the menu for it, it displays no packs available. Can we please fix this and get the players. I have the tokens but can't use them cause your stupid software won't allow me to. This is insanely frustrating
