Squad Crossplay Desync

Experiencing the same exact thing. I don't understand stand how year in and year out EA has the same exact bugs in their game and they refuse to fix them. I can play squads no problem with my xbox friends (I've got a series X) but everything I try and play with someone on Playstation it INSTANTLY desyncs. Literally every time.

    im on pc i can join other people but i cant join my brother on psn. i get the invite and join the get put on a loading screen and cant do anything
