Squads Qb switching

When I am the offensive player in shotgun when I snap the ball the defensive player becomes the quarterback. This makes the game unplayable. As someone who mainly plays this game to play squads with his friends, it really makes all of us not want to play the game. If this could become more of a priority to fix it would be greatly appreciated!
