Still don't have my Ultimate Alumni Crossover content in MUT

I have pretty much given up on playing MUT since I have still not received all of the content I paid for and earned by purchasing the MVP College Football/Madden bundle and grinding in CUT. This was my first time ever trying MUT too. I won't be trying Madden again since it seems you can't even get what you pay for.
