still missing a slew of RP/UA/Boom rewards/makegoods(rights?)

Nearly 2 weeks later and I'm still missing: 

1. 1 87(88 now?) RP Pack
2.  2 32 team RP chem tokens
3. 1 82 UA Pack,
4. 1 87 (88 now?) UA Pack
5. 1 Game Fantadsy Pack
6. 83 Boom Christian Watson and the other rewards that went along with that (A token maybe? some much to keep track of missing)
7. S2 XP MUT tip/token (or at least cannot put it in the set)

All cases in case manager regaurding any of is are marked resolved or closed. A new email case I opened going over what I just said does not even show up in my case management. I'm assuming EA said "good enough everyone else is can kick rocks?" If my cases aren't even being considered and new ones are being ignored. 

I was unjustly banned all last year (since the ban wave that hit Drini mid MCS tournment between days, Banned stayed due to CS who didn't know what they were talking about with my appeals process and had THREE appeals going at once, unbanned in July) only to have it overturned via abirtration threat just in time to do RPs (and pay for packs containing the peices) this is the thanks I get. I bought College Football 25 to particpate in the AU program for my main game (When I'm not unjustly banned from it) MUT and this is the thanks I get. 

I also got absolutely zero packs from H2H promotion/avoid demotation for the first month of the game I didnt see EA make a peep about. This is all a horrible look for a company that makes soooo much money off this mode. You either lack the proper resources to run MUT properly or do not care one ounce about your customers. I've played Madden since Madden 92' on Sega Genesis. I've played MUT from launch to RP since 2015 and everything in between. It's disgraceful to feel so ripped off by a company that is supposed to be prodividng a fun and engaging gaming experience and instead they just leave you feeling cheated.

Not even to mention the all the shady business involving season tickets (Carry over/not carrying over/not being up front about what will be able to be upgraded fully, prices changing) and these just the surface level layersof scumminess I sadly have started to see more and more since Madden because all about MUT. i love this game when you guys have it together but that just feels so rare these days. What's going on there? What happened that got whatever goes on behid the scenes/under the hood into such an undesireable state for your average player?
Not even that many people play this game compared many others like it who have system account tied rewards and I've only heard of Madden having this kind of issue over and over again year after year.
