I haven't been able to access SETS in MUT since the latest update. Everytime I try it says "Our servers can't process your request right now"
I've restored licenses, restarted the game, restarted the system, tried to open a case with EA but could get anyone on chat.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
I'm having the same issue, and it's been an issue for over 2 weeks now. They're quick to take our money and the issue would probably be resolved by now if it were tied to actually purchasing packs, but since it's a F2P aspect of improving your team, literally no fixes. It SHOULD NOT take 2 weeks to figure out this issue, and it's incredibly frustrating and has me bordeline just giving up on the mode bc it's so stupid.
I totally understand and agree 100%!!! It's been over a month for me abd NOTHING!!! EA HELP is a JOKE!! At this point we should all come together a file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR FRAUD, THEFT, & WHATEVER ELSE A LAWYER CAN THINK UP!!!
Same here. I’ve wrote to support, they gave me a lot of usless advices, which doesn’t solve the problem and they suggest me to write it down here, and „community manager will revert you back via email on the update.”
So i’m writting it down and waiting for manager.
Now I'm having that problem.did EA FIX YOUR issue.?
