Still Waiting on My Makeright for the Snow Store

In Madden 25 I Purchased Packs Via the Snow Store on 12/18/2024 that incorrectly listed that Ghosts were in the pack. At the time I Purchased a BND 90 Fantasy Pack, Auctionable 90 Fantasy Pack, and BND 93 Fantasy Pack. I did Receive the Make right for both 90s However I never received the Make right for the 93 BND Fantasy Pack. Tried to go through EA Help and they stated all affected players received compensation. I bought the packs literally back-to-back to back one after the other all of them stating ghosts were in the pack so that is not the case.
