Sugar Rush Collegg OT Wins Not Rewarding Karrots

Question

I'm playing on PS4 and I know I'm not the only player who has been experiencing not receiving rewards/not having their wins tracked after House Rules and Head to Head games. It's a complete mystery if I am going to be rewarded for a win, most of the time I do not receive any rewards. Account: quentinproulx1

I’m having this same problem but it’s extending to the field pass as well. I was supposed to receive 1000 karrot reward from the sugar rush field pass and it didn’t actually give it me
