Team Pass Midfield Packs Missing

This is obviously a widespread issue based on the other posts. It awards the packs, but they never show up in unopened packs. I contacted EA Help, they told me I had 50 unopened packs even after I sent them screenshots showing no unopened packs in my binder. They eventually told me that they can't help and to post here and upvote other people having the same issue. So here I am to annoy the EA Forum gods for assistance.
