Training camp glitches and not awarding packs

I’ve completed gold on several drills and only been awarded some of the packs for doing so. Where are the others?

One of the training camp drills asks you to score a TD even though no receiver runs a route even close to the end zone. I’ve seen people say the time runs out before you even get to the end zone anyways. I’ve restarted and checked my internet connection as well as other fixes and nothing works. Still can’t get gold on that one drill and not getting packs for the one I have completed.
