Transaction Limit Reached?

What exactly is the deal with this Transaction Limit Reached? Why is this even happening to me and many other players? Why won’t ea explain in detail what is going on with this? Why wasn’t I informed about this before I purchased the game? Why won’t anyone from ea respond with more details? I’m level 33 and currently cannot post 1 item at this time. SMH
