Turning cards in for a set won't let me open the new card!

Whenever I add cards into a set to up grade them, it says that I've turned them in, but won't let me open the new packs! It just kicks me back to the main menu! WTF EA?!?! Here we go again with the B...

Also having the same issue but only with those packs. Any idea of when it will be fixed?
