EA StaffI still have nothing 40 hours later. What is the status on this? Where is our Makegoods?
I grinded out every reward on both of these promos. Had to wait for the original content, contacted EA help just to be told to wait for " some time". How long is that? Now we have the same problem with makegoods, I contacted EA help and I get the same generic answer to wait for "some time" again. Give them a real timeline ( 12hrs, 24-48hrs, week). Obviously longer is more frustrating but it is better than "some time". At this point we could probably get additional makegoods. Throw in a GT champion fantasy pack. Maybe the RP and UA should go to 89 ovr when champions do as well. I was told that the problem was Identified and fixed the first time around and it has happened again. I'm extremely frustrated. I just want my content in a timely manner.
