Ultimate BOOM (Pack not rewarding 83+ BND)

Hi Madden Team,

After completing the 5/5 challenges I went to review rewards and the "Season of Boom 83 ovr BND Player" did not reward, this a Tier 3 Item plus I have all Milestones completed.

BOTTOM LINE:
It did get all the rewards all of the other items are correct but it was the Tier 3 reward that didn't reward like stated 

Received:
a 78+ pack instead of the 83+ pack as stated in the description
