Ultimate Team Epic Challenges

I am trying to do the challenges for boom beginnings.  I am having an issue with chapter 4 the thunder.  When the challenge starts the time on the clock is 00:00 and no matter what I do the challenge ends on 1 play and says challenge failed.  Then when I replay or restart the challenge it automatically goes to challenge failed.  just gets stuck in a loop of restart challenge then immediately challenge failed screen.
