Ultimate team won’t work

I just got the game and ultimate team won’t work at all except for it lets me do one challenge. Then it tells me to complete more challenges but doesn’t even show more challenges except locked ones. ...

    Date/time issue occurred 08/28/24
    What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
    Which mode has this happened in? College Football Ultimate Team
    Summarize your bug When trying to play challenges in ultimate team only the basic challenges (like ultimate team 101 and the trials) show up and nothing else. Because of this I don’t have any access or way to complete challenges like the legends challenges to unlock Tim Tebow.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can only find it if you experience it.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play the challenges in College Ultimate Team.
    What do you expect to see? The challenges in CUT.

    I’m on Xbox one series s. I have attempted to get help through support and they have done nothing but tell me to wait. I’m not getting an error message when I go to ultimate team it will only let me do one challenge then says to complete the rest to unlock the other challenges but there are no more there I can do. I can even go in the shop my game freezes and I have to restart. I have deleted and downloaded 4 times now.

      Sounds very similar to the issue I was having with my exception being that I was on PC. Not sure if the same but mine froze on the blue box explaining what the field pass was. I had to use my up arrow to skip through the messages (I think it was like up on the D-Pad controller). This was my issue - Solved: Re: Freezing when attempting to play Training camp in MUT - PC - Page 2 - Answer HQ (ea.com). Once I got past the annoying blue box I was able to continue and play the locked training camp challenges.

        @Eventualcrowd16 thank you that link fixed it all. As soon as I hit that up button on dpad everything unlocked. You did more for me than support! Thanks so much again!
